Lisa’s love for connecting with people is what ultimately drew her to a career in Human Resources. She appreciates the wide range of work that the profession provides, as well as the day-to-day interactions and relationships she is able to share with her co-workers. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about Human Resources and organizational developmental practices and principles, including labor, benefits, health and safety laws, and regulations. She has the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management. Her planning, time management, communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are immensely beneficial to Nitsch Engineering, especially as the company experiences a great amount of growth.

Outside of Nitsch
Lisa has a passion for storm chasing and stargazing. Whenever she has the chance, she loves to travel along the Midwest (Tornado Alley) to catch a glimpse of the country’s strongest storms. She also often visits Nova Scotia, her favorite place to go stargazing.
