What do you love most about your job?
“I really love the people that I work with. Nitsch has a great culture, and it is the people who make this company great.”
What drew you to working in civil engineering?
“I’ve always loved engineering. Growing up I used to build all types of machines with Legos. My parents’ house was also in a new development, so I would watch the construction for hours.”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“I love to hike, sail, work out … and pretty much anything outside. My two boys are now my main focus.”
