Mark Violette, PLS, Deputy Director of Land Surveying

Mark Violette

Mark has 39 years of land surveying experience that he will leverage as the new Deputy Director of Land Surveying! Mark has proven in-depth knowledge about both public and private survey projects, based on his extensive work on a variety of building, utility, and highway and roadway projects. He has a strong background in using a wide range of land surveying technologies and software to meet his clients’ needs, and received the 2015 Surveyor of the Year Award from the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE).

Jeffrey Bandini, PE, PTOE, Senior Project Manager – Transportation Engineering

Jeff Bandini

We’re excited to welcome Jeff back to Nitsch as a Senior Project Manager in our transportation engineering department! As a “boomerang” – an employee who previously worked at Nitsch and is now returning – Jeff now brings more than 18 years of experience in the transportation engineering field to his role. He specializes in managing and performing traffic impact studies, designing roadway and intersection improvements, and creating full engineering plan sets.

Kevin Arsenault, PLS, Senior Project Manager – Land Surveying

Kevin joined Nitsch as a Senior Project Manager in our land surveying department earlier this year, and we’re thrilled to have his 38 years of survey experience on the Nitsch Team. Kevin has a wealth of knowledge across many areas of service, including route surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, MassDOT and MBTA bridge surveys, and as-built surveys. He is passionate about digging into complex boundary projects that require meticulous research and creative thinking.

Madeline Augustine, PE, Transportation Engineer

Madeline Augustine

Madeline has five years of professional experience in transportation planning and engineering, transportation planning, and land development. She specializes in multi-modal infrastructure design that enhances safety and connectivity for all road users.
