Virginia joined Nitsch in 2015 and has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the marketing team. She has been instrumental in restructuring our competitive proposal process, training newer marketing team members, providing graphic design support, and supporting a range of strategic initiatives. Virginia serves on the SMPS Boston Board of Directors as the Treasurer.

Monica is a critical part of the HR group and handles everything with the utmost professionalism and grace. From managing all of the wellness activities for the company, to co-chairing both Nitsch Cares and the Wellness ERG, Monica consistently drives and enhances the culture of Nitsch.
