As part of the City of Medford permit requirements for Eversource Energy’s Mystic to Woburn 115kV UG transmission line project, Eversource was required to have third-party engineering oversight and daily review to make sure that contractor traffic management setups conformed to the approved plans. Nitsch provided traffic management oversight and review for the project to meet these needs.
Nitsch provided daily work zone setup review for the project from fall of 2019 through 2021. Our responsibilities included a daily review of multiple work zone areas within the City at the beginning of the workday, documenting and reporting any non-compliance issues directly to Eversource.
